Good News Church Celebrates 30 years

Sunday 17th Jan was Good News Church 30 Anniversary! It was an amazing day!! I was thinking about the number of people who have been impacted by the ministry of Good News Church of the last 30 years. I would like to give honour to Ps Pat and Stephen Clarke and the late Ps Brian for their faithfulness. Jenny and Howard Taylor are awesome! They served in so many ways they have blessed many people. Their children; Luke, Corinne and Daniel have been on the journey as well serving God in amazing ways!! I am looking forward to the next phase for Good News Church and praying that we would continue to see God bring salvation to people on the peninsula and beyond!!

Be still

This week is the first week back at work. I have had a great Holiday. We went to the beach it rained and rained! It was great to relax..... I got read some interesting books. Chuck Norris biography 5 Great Evangelists come to mind. Psalm 46:10 says " Be still and know that I am God." I can get stressed and worry about the things that are coming up but this verse reminds me to be still.
